Grace Digital, founded in San Diego, CA in 2007, is an innovator of a wide variety of award winning connected home wired and wireless audio solutions. With a California based product design facility and R&D locations based in Cambridge England, Taipei Taiwan, and Seoul Korea, Grace created and maintains it leadership in connected home audio products.

EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT TEAM:
Jim Palmer – President & Managing Director
Jim Palmer co-founded Grace Digital Inc. in 2007, bringing with him a solid background in consumer electronics industry. As head of the senior management team, Jim is responsible for Grace Digital Inc. worldwide operations, product management, marketing/brand management and worldwide sales activities. Jim's wealth of contacts and industry knowledge has allowed Grace Digital Inc. to grow significantly. Jim most recently served as the President of VTech's North American operations where he was responsible for V Tech's complete portfolio of telephony products, including the AT&T telephone brand license. Additionally, he had served as Vice President of Product Development and Marketing at Uniden, Inc., where he was responsible for Uniden's complete portfolio of consumer products being sold in the North American market. Previously, Jim spent 14 years at Motorola, Inc. launching many wireless product lines in both the North American and European markets. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, with additional training in biomedical engineering, human factors, wireline and wireless technologies.
Greg Fadul – Chief Executive Officer
Greg Fadul co-founded Grace Digital Inc. in 2007 bringing with him an extensive background in the consumer wireless and audio industries. As Grace's CEO, he is responsible for the product development and marketing of Grace's growing connected home product portfolio. Grace's main product lines include Wi-Fi Internet radios which include wireless internet tuners and media players, wireless indoor and outdoor speakers, rugged outdoor audio products as well as digital audio archiving solutions. Grace has formed solid partnerships with the leading content providers in North America which allow the Grace family of products to support Pandora Radio, Sirius Internet Radio, Live365, BlogTalkRadio, iheartradio (Clear Channel), BBC, CBS, FOX, NPR and NPR on-demand with additional integrations in process. Grace Connected products are controlled by infra red, iPhone, iPad apps as well as have an open API to integrate with leading home automation solutions.
Previous to Grace Digital Inc., Greg served as Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Uniden, Inc., where he was responsible for development of new VoIP and wired and wireless Ethernet broadband products. Greg also served at NetVoice Technologies as the Vice President of Strategic Wireless Services and also held senior positions at Motorola, Inc.. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Indiana University.
Jamie Florczak – Executive Vice President of Operation & Product Development
Jamie joined GDI as head of product development and business operations responsible for product development, manufacturing and support services. Jamie brings extensive experience in consumer electronics and electronic components having held posts for several years in Japan and North America at Uniden Japan (UJ), Uniden America Corporations (UAC), BBELE Incorporated and PALTEK as Manager of Product Marketing, Business Development Manager and Senior Market Analyst, respectively. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Queen’s University and a Masters of Business Administration Degree from L’INSEEC / Institut des hautes études économiques et commerciales.
Rich Tosi – Executive Vice President of Sales
Rich is the newest addition to the Grace Digital Audio family. Before Grace, Rich was the president of Uniden America Corporation (UAC), the North American subsidiary of Japan-based Uniden Corporation, he oversaw the company's operations, marketing, engineering and sales organizations, which generated more than $700MM in revenues in 2004. Prior to becoming president, Rich served as National Sales Manager for UAC from 1996 to 2005. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing sales and marketing programs for large retail customers like Target, Circuit City and Best Buy. Rich also served as a manufacturer's representative in the New York City area from 1987 to 1996 and was a part of Macy's management team from 1976 to 1986. He also supports a number of national and international groups and served 2 terms on the CEA Board of Industry Leaders.
